Sorting Cross Tab Header based on Selection

I have a report that I need to look like this

Timepoint1 Timpoint2 Timepoint3

Triptime & Block 1 Arrival time Arrival time Arrival time
Triptime & Block 2 Arrival time Arrival time Arrival time
Triptime & Block 3 Arrival time Arrival time Arrival time
Triptime & Block 4 Arrival time Arrival time Arrival time
Triptime & Block 5 Arrival time Arrival time Arrival time

I can get the rows to generate in order based on the time of each block beginning trip time, but what I am having a problem with is sorting the column headers. I need them to sort in the order of the direction that is selected (i.e. east to west or vice versa) It is only sorting based on alpha. How can I get it to sort based on the direction?

Okay, please show how it displays. Does it include a date or just a time in string format? Hours/minutes/seconds?

I'm sorry I may have confused you with the wording.

{table.timepoint} is not a time but is a name of a stop in my system (i.e. E. 30th & St. Clair Ave)

The report is to display the time that each bus hits the stop (timepoint) for each block & its adherence. The top row is the stop (timepoint).

I am having a hard time sorting the top column header based on the order of the timepoints for the block. Instead of the time that the bus is hitting the timepoint it is sorting it in alphabetical order and the arrival times are not in order.
