Sort report in groups of 10

Hi all,
I have a simple report that has 4 fields based from a query. The 4 fields are RefNo, Name, Amount paid & Payment method. This report is printed on a daily basis & is grouped simply by Name ascending. On a daily basis we have a report that shows all payments from Names A-->Z & depending on payments made that day 1-->N. My boss would like to group these the same as before i.e. Names A-->Z but in groups 1-->10, 11-->20, 21-->30 etc. Any ideas on how to do this would be appreciated. I'm sure it can't be too hard, but I can't seem to work it out just now - too early!!

Ok - to simplify, I have a report like so:

RefNo Name Paid Method

1 X £50 Cheque

I would like to have:

RefNo Name Paid Method

1 x £50 Cheque

10

Space or line here (after every 10 records)
