I have two Import and Export tables as shown below;
Import |Style | Color | Qty |
--------------|-------|------
1/2/03 | A201 | Red | 100
1/9/03 | A201 | Red | 20
1/4/03 | B204 | White | 80
1/7/03 | A201 | Red | 100
1/1/03 | C102 | Green | 100

Export | Style | Color | Qty
---------------|------------
4/2/04 | A201 | Red | 100
4/9/04 | A201 | Red | 100
4/2/05 | B204 | White | 80
5/3/05 | B204 | White | 100
6/2/04 | D402 | Blue | 100

I want to match the data based on the "Style" and "Color", so my tables have no index keys and they are related by draging the "Style" of Import and dumpping it onto the "Style" of the "Export". How am I doing? and Please give me an idea of how to create the following table please.

Import|Style| Color| Qty | Export|Style| Color| Qty
----------------------------------------------------
1/2/03| A201| Red | 100 | 1/2/04| A201| Red | 100
1/3/03| A201| Red | 20 | 1/9/04| A201| Red | 100
1/4/03| A201| Red | 100 | * * * * * * * * * * * *
1/2/03| B204| White| 80 | 1/2/05| B204| White| 100
* * * * * * * * * * * * | 1/2/04| B204| White| 80

Thanks.

The last set of records that I sent you with the Style "A4265" comes out OK. I sent them just as a sample of data that I work with as you requested, but the ones before the last that I sent you, is where the dates are similar and where I don't get the correct result.
I am refering to the set of records that you colored in yellow and posted above with the Style "A201" Color "Red".
Do you think this works where the date is not similar?

It seems my queries match your expectations each time. If you have records that don't render correctly than please provide those records and how they should display in the final query.

Sorry to respond late but I just got home from work.
Well, one is what I sent you with the Style "A201" Color "Red" that I am missing two records with the "9/3/09" Date.
I may be wrong but I believe that if we know what causes the problem then the rest should be solved....am I wrong?
