In outlook 2016 trying to open an email sent from an outside vendor the is encrypted using Office365 and I get the following message trying to open.

"sorry, something went wrong opening information Rights Management protected content"

Did you ever resolve this issue? If not, what have you tried? Have you opened via different mediums? Outlook desktop app, mobile app, web browser? Have you checked with MS Support or your vendor support or IT dept, if working for an organization?
