On a Sopho PABX iS4000 cannot execute command chcalf; message "restriction on action"

Change call forwarding relation

CHCALF: <CF-TYPE>,[<ORIG-BSP-ID>sr][[,[<DEST-NUMBER>]]
[,[<UNIT>]][,[<CFDA-TIME>][,<CALL-ORIG-TYPE>]]];

If DEST-NUMBER is omitted, the call forwarding relation of the originator will
be erased.
Depending on the CF-TYPE, the originator should be a BSP-ID or a UNIT:
