Thought I'd create a post that says that you can configure these options in Sonicwall's. I ran into the need to do this today and found that if you google Mitel sonicwall option 125 it provided a link to the referenced post.

For those that need to do this, you can do this by setting the option type to one byte data and enabling the array option. Depending on the option, you can create the string in hex using the Mitel tool. The format for sonicwall is 0xHH; where HH is the hex value. So the vendor portion of 125 would look like 0x00;0x00;0x04;0x03; followed by the length value and data all in the 0xHH; format.

I hope this helps others out.

Can you post an example of what you've used?
I'd imagine that it would make better sense if it could be seen.

Alright, I've figured this out...
Using the Mitel DHCP Option helper - input your setttings - TFTP Server, Call Server IP address, VLAN ID, VLAN Priority, DSCP - and optionally the HTTP Proxy and IP phone analyzer.
Click Update display - note that it populates the option data view.

Click "Copy Hex Bytes to clipboard" - you get no feedback when you do this.
Open Notepad and press CTRL+V to paste the hex code.

on mine it started off with 000004 and so on...
I changed mine to view 00;00;04; and so on. Then press CTRL+H to replace.
Find what: ";"
Replace with: ";0x
Click replace all.
Be sure to add a 0x to the beginning...
So mine ended up being 0x00;0x00;0x04; and so on.
Select all (CTRL+A), the copy (CTRL+C)

In the SonicWALL's DHCP server, click Advanced.
This opens another window.
Click Add Option.
Under Option Name - name it Mitel Option 125.
Select the option number "125 (Vendor Identifying Vendor Specific)"
Check the box for "Option Array"
Change the option type from "Four Byte Data, to "One Byte Data"
Click in the white space and press CTRL+V to paste the notepad data.
Click OK
Click OK

Now build your data and voice DHCP scopes.
Under the advanced tab (of both) select your newly created "Mitel Option 125".
Click OK
