I usually VPN from home.. I establish the VPN tunnel and then use the Remote desktop connection to login to my machine. Sometime when I am at certain hot spots or hotels I can’t log in.

I get the following error message:

“The Client could not connect to the remote computer

Remote connections might not be enabled or the computer might be too busy to accept new connection..

It is also possible that network problems are preventing your connection.

Please try connecting again later, if the problem continues to occur, contact your administrator”

Is it my setup that is not reliable or doesn’t have to do with each router and how it’s configured?

I have found that many hotels now block VPN traffic. They don't want you using your room as an office I guess.

Any work-around from my end?
