Somewhat Corrupt Memory Card

Hello there, i have a micro sd card that i use with my motorola phone. However when i try formatting it, adding files or deleting files it doesn't work. If i delete something, it goes away, but when i take the card out and out it back in, it comes back. The strange thing is that all my music that was on it still works perfectly.

Note: I tried formatting it with my computer, DOS, and two other phones, and the micro SD card does not have a write protect switch.

Have you simply tried to delete files instead of formatting?
