Sometimes connections not drop

Hi,

Sometimes connections on file not drop on server same if I delete this connection manually, afterwards this file is not accessible by other user and when backupExec save this file it hang, and the backup is not finish. There are impossible for me cancel the backup manually without restart server. Can you help me please?

What version of NetWare are you running? NW 5.0 or NW5.1. Also, what Service Pack do you have installed? -----------------------------------------------------

The version is 5.0 and the last version at service pack is installed.
