Hi,
Setup:
Set A: IP Phone 1140E, key00 scr 8060 0 marp, key01 mcr 8077 0
Set B: IP Phone 2004, key00 scr 8232 0 marp, key01 mcr 8077 0
Set C: IP Phone 1140E, key00 scr 8061 0 marp, key01 mcr 8077 0
Problem:
The user of Set B should have the ability to be unavailable on 8077 (not be annoyed) at his own choosing, but the primary line of that set should work as usual.
So is there something like "make set busy/not ready" for just one line, type of thing?
I was hoping to avoid something like ACD (if I understand correctly what that is; seems like it is way too "advanced" for our needs)
Basically, it should work as it does now. Ring on all sets and whoever is available picks up. (with Set B's ability to "opt out")
