Something is loading along with IE6

SOmething is loading along with ie6 and does everything from lock up my keyboard to block text on entire pages to allowing pop up ads (am running google toolbar for pop up blocker) after closing IE6 it still runs according to the task manager.

a Questionable exe programm will be running in windows 32 system as well. if i remove the exe it loads again as a different exe.

how can I find out what is loading with IE6

Start > run > msconfig > startup. You can check what is running in the background.

Also check win.ini under [windows] for 'load=' and make sure system.ini under [boot] 'shell=explorer.exe' or matches some other kind of shell replacement if you have one.
Also check autoexec.bat, config.sys, winstart.bat, see if anything strange being loaded in these.
