Is there a way to tell what ext keeps call fwding a ext? The forwarded ext had a call fwd button on it so I removed it. Then someone decided to SAC he ext so I removed that button as well. Now someone keeps using the *2 feature code to forward it. How can I keep it from happening and/or find out who is forwarding it? Its getting frustrating. :)

You can control call-forward on a per extension basis by class of service (COS). Create a COS and stroke Call-FWD-All CALLS to n. There is no way to restrict SAC short of changing the feature access code to my knowledge.

Would "list history" show call forward entries and FAC entries by extensions? Worth a shot.

I would back track this from the phone number they are forwarding the extension to. And see if I can tell who it is from there. If the number is always the same, you could also block that number from being dial in the PBX. And then it will be a good bet that the 1st person to complain is the culprit.

You could, on the user form put in a *2 short code (of "busy" feature or something) to override the system short code.
