Some users can't acces email on their pc's

Hi,
I'm having a problem with clients trying to access their e-mails on their pcs. The problem seems to exist with the pc's. eg: a user cannot access his/her e-mail from their own machine but can access it from another machine....
Any ideas???

Can you clarify? Is this in the Outlook Client or Outlook Web Access?
Are these computers on the same domain? Try connecting through Outlook Web Acces and making sure you put the domain in.
If it's an OWA problem, make sure that they are using the same browser settings and such.
