some type of virtual station

Hello,

can you help me? I need some kind of virtual station (with no hardware assigments) to park calls here, and then pick up them back with CTI.
We have contact centre from Genesys, and our Operators needs to make conference call for customers with external phones and then park it to keep this conference connection. all controled with CTI.
Do you have any experiences?

You could assign a soft number. Add station next with an x port number.

We have tried almost everything. X port does not work! only digital station with port assigned and telephone connected!! but this not really technical.
