Hi, I am getting strange issues where some users logged in with their Agent ID are not able to use the CONFERENCE button.
They receive an incoming call, press conference, dial the number, when pressing conference button to bridge the two lines, it will not allow it.
It actually beeps each time the conference button is pressed. It seems like the phone is not cofigured correctly. Any ideas?
