Some PostgreSQL commands, IMPORTANT

Hello
I need some command to:
1. get a list with all databases. ( o know how to do that now )
2. get all the tables in those databases.
I need this for a project, Database Management System.

for Ex. i have a tree with all databases. Now what command should i use if i click on a database to get the list o databases > I need SQL Commands.
If anyone can help me on this please !
