Some of the extension has dialling problem reaching T-mobile numbers 1

Hi,

I have one PRI line used by 50users. the access code for this PRI line is 3. When we tried to dial the T-mobile numbers from the extensions, only some of the extensions allowing me to dial all the numbers. Some of the extensions gives me prompt " Due to technical problem the number cannot be reached". Can someone help me please.

I checked both the extension taking same channel of PRI and dialled number also same.
 
look at ncos settings on phones that can't call the mobile and ones that can.
 
NCOS for working and non working phones are same. Do i need to check some where???
 
TGAR also same fro both the phones
 
Use ld 80 and track the calls to see what is happening to them.
 
you can post the tn's of a working one and non working. Also can post the trace info. Ld 80 than trac Tn(enter tn here). If you have an opt 11 its trak tn(enter tn here).
 
appended the LD 80 TRAC of both the extension.

Extn 8122 has problem

From my experience it looks like your having trouble outside of your switch. Do calls to this number never work from 8122?

Sounds like problem is in the telco end. The called number is 732xxxxxxx. Turn on dchl messaging and see what is be pulsed out on the d channel of the PRI. That will tell you what the number sent to the Telco is.
 
You must provide you full NPA-NXX to the the far end. The mobile phone service providors are not accepting incomplete CLID. You need to update you NET_Data table in LD 15 to show you NPA and NXX. You may also need to update the CLID table too.

If you are a call center, you are also violating the Caller ID presentation mandate from the FCC. You are only showing the last 4 digits in you CLID.
