Some Network Browsing anomaly

When use the Network Neighborhood i see some old Workgroups and Domain but without members inside.
I don't find the way to delete these ghost Workgroups and Domain and nothing reside in the Server Manager.
If you know a good system to erradicate these old and unused Worgroup/Domain from the Network Browsing, tell me.

Delete mappings from WINS ?? But no trace about my empty Workgroups/Domain in the database.....!!!

Same problem. When I install new software after reboot the system, I saw some computer icon display on the neighborhood.
