Some mailboxes do not appear in backup list

Hello and thankyou
I am running BENT 8.5 on Win2K Server with Exchange2K.
The problem is that when i go to backup individual mailboxes some of them do not appear on the list. These are just normal mailboxes.
Any help would be appreciated

Make sure the account used to start the services has permission to access those mailboxes. This account's requirements are explained in detail in the Administrator's guide.

Did you just create the missing mail boxes, if so send a blank e-mail to the accounts to activate them then they should appear.

Veritas does not display newly created accounts in the backup selections.
