(some) mail sent mail still in out box

Outlook 2003 POP e-mail
I have been experiencing some problems with emails that I receive from businesses. If I reply to their email, the email actually goes out, but it hangs up in my out box as not delivered.

If I create a new email for that same person and send the same message, the email goes immediately and disappears from the out box.

Any Ideas?

Had a similar problem with mail that had larger attachments - had to have the network admin delete them.
Don't know if your issue is related to attachment size though....

Did you hear about the Buddhist who refused Novocain during a root

Thanks for the input, that doesn't seem to be my problem though.
