I am using GroupWise 6.0.2 as part of Novell SBS6. Recently some users have pointed out that some mail has not arrived in their mailboxes but they know that it has been sent correctly. When I check the GWIA, I can see that the mail has arrived at our office but it has not been distributed to the appropriate user. On the odd occassion, the mail does arrive up to 2 hours later but not always.
We only have one PO and Domain.
Can anybody please give me some suggestions?
