I have a BCM 1000e, with CallPilot 2.5 installed. One of staff is receiving random calls that should be either going to the attendant or to CCR if not answered. She said she called our main number once, and got her voicemail after it rang.

I checked control set and trunk/line data on all enabled physical lines for any reference to her extension and didn’t find anything. All lines are point to the same table/skillset. I also checked the attendant phone to make sure call forward wasn’t the culprit.

The calls seem to be during off hours, but the attendants don’t seem to be doing anything that would make this happen.

Nevermind...

I figured out that the problem was a wrongly programed CCR tree. My bad.
