Some help with FTR/DAPC tables

is anybody have configured the FTR/DAPC tables?
what should I consider in table creation?

as I understand, it can change preffixes of incomming calling numbers.

for example: lets say that someone from ph# 588321 calling to me, my telco appending preffix 2, it is city code, to originator's number, I got the 2588231 calling on my side.
I want replace preffix 2 with my trunk access preffix 9 for simplify callback if this call was unanswered. I should get the 9588231 on my phone's display.

if I wrong, please, let me know.
