We've all been there.. No you cannot have isdn line appearances, it causes too many other issues... The reply - we've always put the call on hold and walked down to the other office to tell someone that they have a call on line 1.... We don't do 'transfers' or enquiry calls. Arrrgggghhhh!!! It's not the 1970s anymore. Call park keys didn't cut it either as the light goes out when the call is unparked.
You just want to say 'forget all that and try it this way and you'll find it so much easier'

+1 for amriddle''s suggestion.

I hear all the time when I rip out old Nortel systems (but keeping the M series phones for money savings) that they miss the music over their phones and they absolutely need that and I have to make it work.
After a couple of days they are quiet and have a little radio or stream their stuff and are happier because they didn't really like the station anyways.

You have to make it over the couple of days of bitching and make sure that the person signing the cheque is happy.
