Any recommended high volume call recording solution that is Avaya / pbx independent? Non voip call centers

nice can do that. not sure about verint or witness.
 
The only true enterprise solution is Ultra 10 from Verint (Hub - satellite and data centre)

When I was born I was so suprised I didn't talk for 18 months
 
Verint also works great here in our country. Most call centers here uses verint. NICE doesnt seem to be nice hehehe this is according to some of our clients.
 
THANKS so much for all the info. Verint's audiolog and call screen capture (vid, not screen shot) is very interesting and I'm looking into it.

i guess you're experienced with both nice and verint, what do you think are strong and weak points of both solutions? it would be very interesting to get such comparison from a technical guy not sales reps and marketing people. i'm only experienced with nice and witness since verint is not available in our region but i'd like to get some point.
