We work with MXOne TSW and SeC 4.1.
For the moment SeC is unable to monitor one extension (361). I have no problem with other one.

I already programmed this number on another equ but without issues.

I would like to restart the unit who manage the phone monitoring. Could you inform me?

You could restart the units DCTAP and DCTPP in the the LIM, where the extension is monitored, but be carefull. All monitors will be removed by this.

Try CSTMP:LGRP=linkgroup name; from CSTLP; and see if ext is in the list, if it is you can try to remove from CCS then restart CCS, put extension back in, and restart CCS again, and check again with CSTMP.

If still no good, try CSTLE/CSTLI on the switch and wait for connected and try again.

After that, do as doktor says, this is where the switch is causing the problem, virtual monitor is stuck in DCTAP.
