Solaris bind: 9.6.1-P3

I am having solaris DNS server working with bind 9.6.1-P3.. My queries are being resolved as required by this particular DNS server but i am getting exceptions in named.log file.. I am curious about these message as its showing refusal/failing on every single single.. Please comment!!

A lame server is a server that has had a zone delegated to it but is not serving the zone. It can also be a server that is serving the zone but the zone has a error which hasn't been fixed by the operator of the nameserver.
