Has anyone used this free software?. If so do you load the bin files needed into it's root directory or do you configure it to look to the manager directory for any bin files?
Thanks

You can use the directory structure built into solarwinds to point to any directory.

You better use this one, it's also free and it's from Avaya work very easy.

I tend to use the avaya one, link posted by Baz.

It runs as a Windows service, so is much less likely to get turned off by people who's excuse is "I didn't know what it was, so I stopped it anyway"

If at first you don't succeed, skydiving is not for you.

Use Solar Winds all the time

Point the file location to the Manager BIN directory and all works fine. Have upgraded 55+ 5410 firmware images in one single go with no problems
