Software to show print jobs

We are looking for some software to install on our Windows 2000 print servers that will capture a copy of all print jobs so that they can be reviewed.

As a security measure and also for good housekeeping practices we would like to monitor what is being printed. We can they point users towards more on-screen previewing rather than printing everything.

Has anyone come accross anything to do this ?

We use a piece of software called Print Manager Plus, written by a company called Software Shelf. They have free trials available.

I've had a quick look at that, it will show who has printed what document but I can get that infor from the event viewer (not so easy though).

What I really want is to be able to view the documents rather than just see the file name.
