Software to integrate with network?

Are there any packages out that would enable us to integrate our Norstar phone system with our network to track phone calls by client through caller ID, do screen pops on workstations and integrate to our SQL database to keep time transactions?

We have the Norstar KSU 0x32 ICS with various software and the CTA 100.

check out the norstar desktop assistant also. this uses the CTA100 and can be liscensed to network applications with multiple users.

Best all-around software for call accounting on Norstar is Tapit EX from Trisys. Not cheap but very comprehensive. Go To:
