Hi Guys

I have two systems that i would like to swap the software on. System limits and features are the reasons. Ones a 61 and the other is a NT I think.

61
VERSION 1811
RELEASE 21
ISSUE 54 +

NT
VERSION 1211
RELEASE 21
ISSUE 54

I am guessing different versions are for different hardware??? The NT has features I need and no system limits but its more the features.

You should be able to download a CCBR file of the database in the donor PBX and upload it into the PBX you want to use. I have done this when upgrading from older PBX's to prevent having to reprogram the whole PBX.

On RLS 21, I believe you go into LD 43 and do an XBK to download the database to your PC and then use XRT to restore the databse to the destination PBX.

Make sure you have good backups of both systems just in case.

Hi,

You can't swap software between your systems.

If they both where a 61 or NT you could have done it. Both systems have a licence/keycode which is validated against a dongle and both systems use a different hardware dongle.

If Bill Gates had a nickel for every time Windows crashed... Oh wait, he does...

Dam thanks

Can I run the PE shelfs on the NT? I would like to use my FALC cards.

Do you mean PE or IPE. FALC cards (NT5K02/NT5K96) only go in a IPE shelf and IPE's aren't supported on NT's.
