Hello. If you are upgrading an Option 11 to succession 3, is there a minimum or inherent software release upgrade?

rls 3 is a rls, but the current rls is either 4 or 4.5, normal upgrade would be to the latest rls.. rls 3 is over a year old

JP, apparently an upgrade to successsion 3 was done in 2004. However, in LD 22, the ISS command is telling me that the software release is 2121. How should i interpret this info?

Thanks. I assume then that this information means an Option 11, succession 3.0 and no patches applied.
