Software instruction riddle

I have just been given this file by my mate but I have no clue what the instructions mean. It has a .iso file extension but it is not recognised by my PC which has Nero and WinonCD and Cdrwin. Can anyone shed some light onto my query?

Instructions Read:

"Unzip£¬Unrar, and burn load cue and burn bin using Cdrwin. And do what you usually do install the software....."

You'll need to get a program to extract the bin and cue files from the ISO image. You'll then be able to burn these to disc using cdrwin. I believe there is one called iso2bin or something like that but you'll have to check the net for it.
