Within the Software Products table, there is a column for Product ID. This Product ID looks to be unique to each Product Name and Product Version.<br>i.e. - Product Name "A" with Product Version "B" would have Product ID "1"<br>and Product Name "A" with Product Version "C" would have Product ID "2"<br><br>Is this a standard within SMS for all programs and versions?<br>If so, is there a master listing somewhere?<br><br>What I am trying to do is set up collections using Product ID's as identification for software products.<br><br>Following is a couple of Product ID's, Product Names, and Product Versions for comparison. <font color=red>Please reply if you are able to determine if these #'s match what you have in your site.</font><br><br><u>Product ID Product Name Product Version</u><br>246 Microsoft Office 8.0<br>552 Microsoft Office 2000 9.1.2719<br>479 Microsoft Office 2000 9.0.2617<br>509 Microsoft Office 2000 9.0.2719<br>508 Microsoft Office 2000 9.0.2609<br>500 Microsoft Office 2000 9.0.2601<br>489 Microsoft Office 2000 9.0.2717<br>2575 Visio 2000 6.00<br>4024 WinZip 8.0 (3105)<br><br>Any help is greatly appreciated, or any suggestions on another way to track exact software name and versions would help.<br><br>Thanks! <p> <br><a href=mailto: anongod@hotmail.com> anongod@hotmail.com</a><br><a href= > </a><br>"Drawing on my fine command of language, I said nothing."
