We have a number of users using Ip Office SIP softphone on Windows 8 where they are unable to use the transfer feature. On clicking transfer you can dial the number but then when clicking transfer now it comes up with "transfer failed".
Unable to see the action in SSA trace. Monitor not giving much info either.
Any suggestions or knowledge of this issue?
