YA 4.1.0.99
Laptop HP Elitebook 6930p Windows XP SP3 Core 2 duo, 2.4ghz, 2 gigs ram. This is a brand spanking new laptop so there is no possiblity of virus/malware unless it came from the factory.

I've been trying to fix the softphone on this laptop for a little while. I'm at a loss right now at what to do next.

Its about a minute more or less before the YA lite goes from online mode to offline mode. It constantly does this. Its not useable!

I have:
1. Disabled powersaving on the nics
2. Turned off Firewall
3. Disabled virus scan (mcafee)
4. Instead of Intel 82567LM Gigabit I've hooked up a Dlink USB DUB e-100 10/100 NIc to see if it was a nic problem. (Same issues) My vendor says that some Dell laptops had this problem with their nics so that's why I did that.
5. Double checked that all windows updates were installed. Current as of 2/27/2009.
6. Reinstalled YA Lite on the laptop.
7. Latest HP drivers and firmware
8. Rebooted YA server. Checked all connections to that.
9. Other Softphone user does not have problem on their laptop. (older HP)

Check your DHCP lease duration

Uhh I doubt its that since lease time is set for 3 days. But, just to make sure its not dhcp, I put in a static IP.

Nope, I still get the same problem. Anyone have release notes on this version or the newest version on what bugs were fixed etc or any other suggestions?

Thanks in Advance.

I'm not sure if I was clear or not...
its stays online for a minute, offline for a minute, online for a minute....back and forth

I just uninstalled Mcafee and that didn't help either. I just installed skype and that works fine.
