Im getting the following error.

Accounts partially enabled. Some accounts have failed to be enabled.
Account: One-XPortal could not be enabled. Unknown Error. Contact Your Administrator

This is happening 4-5 times a day on mulitple pcs. When I click Retry everything works. I softphone always works, just the groups in the Contacts Page goes to all X's.

Thanks

Sounds like a firewall issue.
Server 2008 has a firewall that blocks everything.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

My One-X is running on the C110 Module and I am still getting the error.
I will post a Wireshark trace and a Monitor Trace tomorrow.

Oh ok TheDotz, I will open a new post, Maybe the same problem but not on the same platform

This sounds like the traffic is blocked.

"XMPP/Gloox (tcp client): 10.99.129.69: connection refused

Is 10.99.129.69 the 1XP server?
Why is it set to 10.99.129.69 and not with a FQDN or 127.0.0.1 as by the docs?
