softphone ns500

hi all
i got ns500 to my client.
the panasonic softphones connect by VPN but when i look at the register list they get IP of the gateway.
so the first one work good but all the other that connected disconnected after some minutes.
any one know ?
is that ok that they get the router gateway IP (local that connected to pbx )?

That can be an issue if the vpn is natting the IP address. If you can’t change the vpn natting you will need to manually change it or add first and not use the register button

If you manually change the mac to match the pc adapter mac, it should work.it means if you use auto registration, you will have to change the mac before you can do the next one. You can manually enter each mac before you connect and it should connect


Make sure your using the latest version of the soft phone

its the last ver of softphone

the mac add is not the same. only the IP is the same

the vpn is forti and they cant cancel the NAT.
