We've never run this before but maybe it isn't working because we're on CM 4.1 but here goes... I've added myself as a user in CM and I know my password both of which I've entered into the UN and PW in the SoftPhone settings. I've tried both the FQDN and the IP of my computer as the "Associated PC". I've assigned my actual phone to my User account. I've entered the correct IP addresses of the Call Managers in the SoftPhone. I think I've covered all of the basics but it's still not going.
