Currently using I2050 v2.xx with a CS1000M 5.5 with sig server and Contact Center 6.0. We have a few remote users (who are agents) that connect via VPN that are experiencing an issue when they receive a DN call while on an ACD call or vice versa. When that second calls comes in, it freezes the softphone and they have to kill the app or reboot the machine to get it working again. My first thought, of course, was their home internet connection, but that's always my first thought so I don't want it to cloud my judgment if a real problem exists. I reset the MAC address for one user, and the problem began happening much less frequently, but still happens from time to time. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
