Softphone Communicator VPN

Here we have: IPO 500v2 rls 11.1, Preferred Edition and 12 Office Worker licences.
What we want is to use 12 softphones on 12 Notebooks.
Chose to use Communicator for simplicity reasons.
It works fine in the office, but the problem comes when using a VPN to connect from home or other location.
I need to check the "Remote Worker" checkbox in the user, but I can only check four of these.
I always thought that Office Worker license was fine to use the Communicator.

We never bother with anything other than Power User licenses, the cost delta is so small and we never have to worry about anything the customer may want different in the future.

You only need the Remote Worker Licence if the remote users are behind NAT. If you can configure the VPN so the users are not using NAT then you don't need them.

Thanks Ekster. I will tell them to buy the uplift to Power User, guess that will be cheaper than changing the VPN.
