I've been having trouble dialing out calls from Phone Manager Softphone, because my dialing shortcodes use 9, then secondary dial tone, then the number. If I just dial a 9, then through account codes send the rest of the number, it dials fine. So I think either softphone can't dial when the short code needs secondary dial tone or I can't find a way to dial like this.
I can't believe Avaya wouldn't have thought of this use-case scenario when designing the softphone, so I guess I'm missing something...
Im using Softphone from release 3.1.29 on a 3.0.59 406v2.
