Softphone 2050 - can`t create local directory

Hi,
I have a problem with my Softphone 2050. I can`t create a local directory. The error message is like the following

"The database name can`t be found and there is no standard driver indicated"

What can I do?

Yes, I`ve... Additionally I added the odbc drivers via Odbccp32.cpl - without sucess

Does anybody knows what kind of odbc driver has to be installed to create a local directory?

Where can I define the default database driver?
