Is there a way to move softkeys on phones. At the present time we have Emerg on button 3. Can I move it to button 2?

There are 46xxsettings.txt parameters to change the softkeys.

I know you can add the EMERG button and define what it is calling, and rename the buttons, but do you have the syntax to move it from one button to another?
