SoftConsole with AVAYA v9.05 Transfert searching by name 1

Hi,

With SofConsole and AVAYA 9.05 the receptionist could just transfert in searching in the field "Name". In Avaya Manager the Full name it is in the format "FirstName LastName" causing problem because SoftConsole search only the first word in that field (FirstName). We want to be able to search by "LastName" not just by FirstName".

From what I can see that feature was added in 10.0.2. So I doubt it would be an option in any earlier releases.
