Softconsole IClarity Error

I installed Softconsole and when i go to start it i get the error "softconsole cannot start because either iclarity is currently running or could not be started. Please exit iClarity if it is running and restart softconsole" Any idea is welcome the PC is running on XP Pro thanks

Hi,
This is very common, and there are a couple of things that can cause it.
First, make sure you have the latest version 1.5.3.
Check the NIC in the PC has up to date drivers.

Speak softly and carry a big switch

Also, remove any copies of IP-Softphone, or IP-Agent from the PC that you are running Softconsole on.
