Ok maybe I am being stupid here.
Softconsole 9.1.4
Ipo 9.1.4

This is a new installation, reception phone extn 200.9611g ip phone
Reception licence , hunt group Day set to ring this extn.
Reception ticked to allow licence for extn 200.
I can ring the hunt group day and the call rings extn 200 .

Reception console set up to show Day hunt group queuing .
When the hunt day is ringing it does not show on the console.
I have tried multiple calls to the group but the do not show up on the console.

Other features seem to work except for hunt group

If the phone rings then it is not a csll in the queue so it won't show in the group queue field.
If the phone is on a call AND has no free CA buttons left then the call is in the huntgtroup queue and should show in the app.

Yes I know the hunt group has queues .

The receptionist us the only person in the Day hunt queue.collective call waiting
when the incoming calls ring the hunt group her phone rings.

So when the reception console is open, assigned Day hunt group.
Surely the Day hunt group should show the call queuing in the console.

I have installed this before on previous versions but this is the first on 9.1.4

It's possibly a bug, they recently changed the interface soft console used to cripple phone manager, lots of bugs where created when they did it :)

If the softconsole is the only user I would advise to set the group to sequential and test again

I'm starting to think this is an ongoing issue with the latest rework of softconsole.

Try opening the profile from Administrator, delete and rebuild the Queue bar, save and completely exit the Softconsole.

RightClick the Sofconsole icon and click 'Run as Administrator'.

Make sure you select the profile again (expand button)

Log in and test.

Typically this will fix it, but only temporarily. I'm opening a ticket with Avaya on a couple of my installs for this very instance.

Good luck,
E

Reading the solved problems in 9.1.5 SoftConsole I would upgrade....

100136 SoftConsole does not minimize correctly after initial startup
99643 Intermittent delay of up to 1m 45 seconds when attempting to initiate a call from SoftConsole
84819 Soft Console freezes intermittently and it needs a relaunch to start working again
99985 Attempting to start a second instance of SoftConsole results in a grey or black directory pane
99873 SoftConsole profile not selectable if logging on with User Name
101037 SoftConsole directory search intermittently failing to match entries
98644 SoftConsole will freeze intermittently and display a grey call panel
98207 Very slow response when using the SoftConsole panel "Search" function
100501 SoftConsole fails to recover if IP Office is restarted whilst a directory search is in progress

Thank you for your replies.

I did uninstall the software and reinstalled it.

Same issue as before.

Edayafla .. Glad to see some one else has seen this issue.

Even trying to save the profile is a nightmare.

It creates a new folder called 200.

When I save the profile it puts it there .
When console is opening again it uses the one in the folder called 200.
My saved data does not appear when the console opens

I have to tell the system to save it to Profile folder In order for it the save it correctly.
I have to then delete the folder 200.

Thanks for the help

That is one of the errors that should be solved in SP5

Ok maybe I am being stupid here.
Softconsole 9.1.4
Ipo 9.1.4

9.1.4 has lots of issues with Softconsole.
these should have been fixed in 9.1.5
