Softconsole ends session

I have seen this on 2 sites with user version 4.2.34, and the new one 4.2.36. First was on a 6.0.xx install, latest issue is today on an install of 6.1.5, tried softconsole with both User releases and every few minutes the softconsole login screen pops up and shows "session ended". Any ideas on this?

Tftp polling has failed.
Be sure that softconsole is added in the firewall of the pc.

I would check SSA and see if the IPOffice hasn't restarted. I had a customer with the same complaint.
The whole IPOffice was spontaneous rebooting (TLB Data error) and the only the receptionist was complaining of losing the Softconsole connnection.
Took us a while to find the issue. Normally you'll get customer complaining of disconnecting all calls at some point.
