Softconsole Call History

We have a customer with a Softconsole 9.1.900.2
When they view in the Call History they only see the logging till january 31. All calls later are not shown.
Anyone has any idea what could cause this?

The SoftConsole call history is written to a local file stored on the same PC. So the issue is likely to be a PC issue, not IP Office. Its probably being blocked from writing to the file. First bet would be to remove and then reinstall.

Its not supposed to need administrator rights but I've always found it best to install with Windows admin rights.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
