Softconsole 9.1.4 scrolling through directory on its own.

I've seen and read a lot of threads on here about issues with softconsole on 9.1.x. But I have a new one for you.

In addition to having issues with dragging a call and dropping on a contact in the directory, the directory also seems to periodically scroll all the way to the top or bottom on its own. The Receptionist has reported that when they answer a call, the directory will just begin to scroll and won't stop until it reaches the first or last entry. Has anyone else seen this?

The IP Office is at 9.1.4 and the softconsole is at 9.1.4 running as an administrator on a windows 7 machine.

I've seen this in the past, and culprit was the scroll wheel on the user's mouse.

Interesting, thank you for the reply mforrence. I'll check with the customer to see if they have a scroll wheel and how they are using it.
